It also excludes the improper usage of an instrument in a way that the particular instrument was designed and intended to be used. Moreover, Misuse or accident defect causing by the user are excluded from guarantee..

Delivery / Shipping:

We offer free delivery for orders over £50 to a single address in UK. This free service will not apply if multiple items are purchased and sent to multiple addresses. We also offer very nominal price to the rest of Europe and other origins for low cost post and packing is calculated based on your overall order this ensures you get our absolute best pricing on all our products. Orders placed prior to 3:00pm, we will usually ship on the same day.Items are shipped via Royal Mail or Courier service.

Delivery times

• United Kingdom: We aim to dispatch within 1 working day and aim for delivery to you within 2-3 working days from the day you place your order. Most of our customers receive their products very next day by paying only standard postage charges
• EU countries: We aim to dispatch item from within 1 working day and aim for delivery to you within 3-8 working days from the day you place your order
• Other Delivery Locations: We aim to dispatch item within 1 working day and aim for delivery to you within 3-15 working days from the day you place your order.

Returns Policy:

• All items within Product Warranty can be returned for either a refund or for a replacement of the same item or another similar product.
• Once you ship returned goods, please note the returned item must be with original packing.
• For all returned packages, full refund will be credited within 1 business days if the package in original packing.
•  For all returned packages with no quality problems, Sharpy will deduct the original shipping freight from full refund.
• For all packages outside of 30 days return policy, only partial refund will be credited.

If you have not received your items you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our carriers. Unfortunately we cannot investigate non receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed. Investigations into the lost parcels can take up to 14 days. Refunds or replacements will be issued once the investigation completed.

Care: Please keep the blades clean, all our instruments are very friendly to clean up due to high quality stainless steel. Simply wipe the Scissors with alcohol after use, let it dry and store for next use. Occasionally use a drop of oil on the blades and joint of forceps. After long use have your scissors reground and reset by a professional grinder. Whenever not in use, it's best to put it away in the case.

Caution: Scissors are very sharp, please pay attention to safety when using. After use, it should be placed in a safe place away from children.
